It doesn't take much for me to pine over a makeup palette, and as soon as I saw the first images of the Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette, I knew it was one I had to get my hands on! I know the UD eyeshadow formula is going to be amazing, and these shades are irresistible!
The Naked Heat Palette is the fifth palette in the Naked series (not counting the smaller ones, such as the Naked Basics 1 and 2), it has the same shape and style packaging of the Naked Smokey Palette which I definitely prefer over the tin packaging of the Naked 2 and Naked 3 variations. The exterior design is stunning and reflects the overall theme and shades perfectly.
In terms of comparing it to its predecessors, this one is very of the moment with lots of warm tones that are heavily red, brown and orange based. It definitely is the most eye-catching and although it may seem a scary departure from the neutral browns, this one is wearable and gorgeous.
You just need a quick glance at the swatches to see that this palette impresses through and through. The shade range is all very complimentary, you can create lighter looks and also created some super dark and firey looks. There is a solid selection of various finishes and some beautiful matte shades to use for blending such as Sauced, Low Blow, and Cayenne. The break down of the shades are:

My personal favourites and go-to's of the whole palette are Scorched, Lumbre and Sauced. As with their other palettes, these blend so well and have such good pigmentation. A few of the metallic shades do have some fallout, something to be wary of when packing them on the lids.
If you are into warm tones, reds, and coppers, look no further than this stunning palette. I can't get enough of it and it is a welcomed addition to my makeup bag.
