It's time to see what was inside the February 'Loved Up' BellaBox*. If you're unfamiliar with BellaBox is an Australian based monthly subscription service that comes with at least 5 different products inside with a range of full-sized and deluxe sample sizes to try out. BB is newly launched into NZ and I have been so excited to open these each month!
The February box came with 3 full sized products and 3 sample sized products which I think is a good mix and I am surprised they can fit all of this in the small boxes! There is a good mix of brands, from ones I have heard of before (such as Avene, Manna Kadar and Palmer's) as well as some more obscure ones.
Luiere Repair Bio-Cellulose Mask | RRP AUD $12.50 (1 mask)
I haven't got along with a lot of sheet masks as I prefer the traditional clay/creme mask, but I am up to give more of them a go. You could have received either of two options, the Repair (which I have), or the Anti-Aging one. These masks only launched in February so BellaBox members were some of the very first to try them out - that's pretty exciting! These are all natural and cruelty-free, made in Australia.
Avene Tolerance Extreme Cream | RRP NZD $59.90 (50ml)
I really like the skincare I have used from Avene and I love that they cater for sensitive skin, but it works for all skin types. This cream is designed as a daily moisturiser that gives immediate hydration and nutrients to the skin. It is also soothing and calming for those with irritable and sensitive skin. It's a small 5ml sample tube but you should be able to get at least 3 uses from this.
Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Multi-Effect Perfecting Facial Oil | RRP NZD $22.99 (30ml)
This is a small vile of this facial oil which will only give you 1-2 uses, but at least you will be able to see how this feels and reacts with your skin. My mum has used this oil and she loved it! It's got 9 pure oils inside plus retinol, resveratrol (aids in anti-ageing) and Vitamin C.
Moogoo Skincare Protein Shot Leave-In Conditioner | RRP AUD $7.50 (50g)
I am all about the leave in conditioners and love the way they can smooth out the hair and help to treat dry ends. This is another of the full sized products in the box and it says you only need a pea-sized amount to use it through towel-dried hair. I will start using this now and I am sure it will be in an Empties soon enough with my final verdict.
Manna Kadar Pearlised Powder | RRP AUD $19.00 (3g)
The final product in the box is another full sized, this time an eyeshadow from the brand Manna Kadar which is one I only know from being in various subscription boxes I have used over the years. There were a few different options to chose from and you could have received one of the following powders; Paradise Blush, Fantasy 3-in-1 Highlighter/Blush/Shadow (I have this and it is so nice!), First Class Shadow or Chic Highlighter. I got the shade First Class and it's a really nice bronze with good pigmentation and it's not overly glittery.
I feel like this box didn't blow me away as much as the last, but I will still try out all of these products! There was also a bonus sachet sample of the Nutrimetics BB Creme Skin Perfector in there too.
The overall value for the February box is approx. $49.00 which is basically double what you pay for the box (NZD $24.95).
What do you think of the contents of this box?
