There's a lot of things I love about blogging, one of them is being introduced to a number of brands (particularly NZ ones) that I've never tired and through blogging I've been able too. Karen Murrell is one of those brands, and my collection of her all natural lipsticks has been growing steadily since I started my blog. One of them I have bought myself (in a clearance bin at a pharmacy for $5 - what a score!), and the others have been sent to me (you might have seen me post about them before!) Here's a little round up of the shades I own with swatches for comparison.
If you're unfamiliar with Karen Murrell - here is your introduction. Beautiful lipsticks in a range of shades, all extremely creamy, relatively long lasting (don't go chomping on a burger though), plus they're all natural (like natural enough that you could eat them...) and contain plenty of amazing oils like avocado oil and evening primrose oil to hydrate and treat the lips. They come housed in a simple black bullet (bar the bronze one which was limited edition), and the boxes they come in have gorgeous designs on them, each one being different. There's 20 in the range and I have six of them - I also have one other that arrived last week in the shade 04 Red Shimmer*.

At $29.95 each, the price is definitely reflected in the quality of the lipsticks, plus the all natural ingredients means they are vegan friendly and cruelty free as well. You can find them at pharmacies, and department stores, such as Farmers, and if you purchase two or more lipsticks you get a free scarf.
