I can't believe that we are so close to the end of 2018 - does anyone else think that time is getting quicker?! It also means this is the second to last bellabox NZ* to hit my front door and as we are into Summer, it's appropriately themed the Sun Seeker box.
The November box features 2 full sized products, 4 deluxe sample sizes and a bonus sachet set of the OGX Radiant Glow + Argan Oil of Morrocco Extra Hydrating Body Wash and Lotion. This box is also a special one because it features a very familiar face - Angela from A Style Collector! I love seeing other NZ bloggers being supported by brands and companies such as bellabox and it's such a great idea having Angela's review on one of the products included on the card. Hopefully, this becomes a regular feature!
Steve Laurant Lip Tint in Dusty Rose | NZD $33.50 for 3.5g
Straight off the bat, this product caught my eye especially with that rose gold packaging. This little pot contains a lip tint/lip gloss that is highly pigmented and also moisturising. There was the option to get one of four shades; Dusty Rose, Nude Pop, Cherry or Electric Pink. I'm glad I got the Dusty Rose shade as it is something I would reach for on the day-to-day.
Dove Nourishing Moisture Shampoo + Conditioner | NZD $7.49 for 320ml
I love a good travel sized product, and even better when it's a shampoo and conditioner set because no one wants to lug around full sized bottles of those! I have used the Dove range in the past and my hair has always agreed with it so I am sure this set will be no different. Each bottle is 50ml each and will have a few uses in them.
Avene Gentle Exfoliating Gel | NZD $45.80 for 75ml
Over the past couple of years I've been lucky enough to experience the Avene brand and basically, every product I have used has impressed me. I haven't used this product yet which is a gentle exfoliator designed for sensitive skin and is hypo-allergenic. This 5ml sample is also a great travel size.
La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Ultra-Light Fluid SPF 50+ | NZD $31.99 for 50ml
French skincare brand La Roche-Posay is one I definitely want to try more of next year. I am glad they included an SPF in the 'Sun Seeker' box as it's so important to use during Aussie and NZ summers. This is only a small 3ml tube but I should be able to get a couple of uses out of it and to see how it feels as I hate SPF's that are stinky and sticky!
Vitamasques Masks - Egg 3D Sleep In Mask | AUD $3.00 for 1 mask
The product I am most intrigued about it this egg looking face mask. It is weirdly very realistic and I am looking forward to using it. The brand uses the sciences and technologies behind Korean skincare (who just know exactly what they're doing!), so I am sure this will be great. Included in bellabox this month were a few different variations you could receive such as the Acai Berry, Pomegranate, Strawberry, Mango 3D Sleep In Mask, Pearl 3D Sleep In Mask, or Kiwi Fruit Yoghurt Mask. I will give this a go soon and include it in my next Empties review!
The total value for the products in the November 2018 bellabox is around NZD $45; almost double the NZD $24.95 you pay for the box itself. It's a great reason to try out some new products and experience some other brands that you may not have otherwise tried. A subscription to this would make an excellent Christmas present for a beauty lover!
