ESSIE | Luxeeffects Autumn Collection - Review + Swatches

ESSIE | Fall Polish Collection - Review + Swatches - CassandraMyee

By now you should be well aware that my favourite nail polish brand is essie. They feature on here at least once a month, whether it be a new collection or a particular shade I am loving. Last month this gorgeous delivery turned up at my door featuring new shades as part of their Luxeeffect Polish Collection, with three glittering new shades to get you in the autumn spirit.

These are the three new glittering shades that are being added to the essie line-up, Disco Doll, Glow Your Own Way, and In The Mood Ring.

And these are three cult essie favourites that pair beautifully with the glitter top coats; Sugar Daddy, Chinchilly, and Wicked.

The glitters are so stunning but need two good coats to be semi-opaque on the nails, but they work best over the top of other cream shades. The shade descriptions are; Disco Doll* (tinseled silver and rose gold glitter), Glow Your Own Way* (bronze and ivory glitter) and In The Mood Ring* (onyx and gold glitter).

Also in the package were three shades that pair so well with the glitters. I actually already own Wicked but it was quite old and has their earlier thin brush, not the nice big thick one that they all have now. From left to right is; Sugar Daddy* (sweet pink), Chinchilly* (sleek granite grey), and Wicked* (creamy sinister red). All of these are such cult shades that any essie lover should own.

The three new glittering shades will be available now on essie stands at $19.99 each. I think you can't go wrong with either of the three!

What shade would you go for?
