As summer is finally beginning to be in full force, I thought it was time to bring out the neon on the nails! I opted for this BYS polish in Pink Panic and it is a truly fluoro, neon, hot pink colour.
To achieve the best neon colour result, I used Revlon Nail Polish in White on White as a base coat and then only used 1 coat of the BYS Pink Panic over it (but I probably could have done with another thin coat). Other times I have used a neon polish on my bare nails, you just don't get the same result and often need many coats for it to be fully opaque and to show the true neon colour. Using a white base coat ensure the colour is exactly as it looks in the bottle.
