Happy Saturday everyone. I bet you weren't expecting a post from me today but I wanted to share with you all a giveaway and introduce you to an NZ brand - Mossop's.

In my final instalment of Was It Worth It? Beauty Advent Calendar addition, here is the massive, beautiful (and expensive) The Body Shop calendar. Every year they bring one out and it seems to get better and better according to a lot of photos I've seen. I was so lucky that my Dad surprised my sister and I and bought these back from the USA with him where they were a whole lot cheaper (I'll go into that later, though). 

Despite being a beauty fanatic, I have never had a wax. Never. Not at a salon, nor at home. I mean, I've had my brows waxed but that's about it. I think the problem is that I have this stigma that it is going to hurt like hell and then I'm just going to end up rashy, but really I just needed to get over that and give it a go. Marzena, a brand that makes at home waxing and hair removal products from New Zealand contacted me asking if I wanted to give a couple of their newly formulated products a test. Finally, it was the chance to ditch my fears and give at home waxing a proper try. Let me tell you the story of my first waxing experience and how I found it.

You know when it's almost Summer time when The Body Shop releases their summer range. This year it takes the form of the deliciously scent Piñita Colada* range, that smells so good you could almost drink it (although I'm sure it does not taste that great!)

I'm always amazed at how many products I get through each month. I throw all my empty products in a bag beside my sink and this month it was almost starting to overflow! There's a lot of my usual products included, but also a few newbies that I really enjoyed using. 

With Summer well and truly in full swing (this humidity in Auckland is crazy...), there have been a few products that have become staples in my skin and body care routine. I am constantly using and trying a lot of different products for my skin, but this little selection is some that have become essentials for these hotter months.

Happy December my lovely CM readers! Today I'm going to be taking you through my rubbish for the month of November -  how glamorous right?! As it always goes, I ended up finishing a fair few products this month; a couple makeup items, but as per, a whole load of skincare things.

New Christmas collections are coming out thick and fast now, and The Body Shop is dropping their usual deliciously scented lot of body treats. They're bringing back favourite scents from previous years - Glazed Apple and Frosted Cranberry, and have added a new one to the bunch, the gorgeous Frosted Plum range*.
