EMPTIES | November '15 - Batiste, Nude By Nature, Seche Vite, Anastasia Beverly Hills, The Body Shop, Reed, Australis, Maybelline, Moreish - CassandraMyee
Happy December my lovely CM readers! Today I'm going to be taking you through my rubbish for the month of November -  how glamorous right?! As it always goes, I ended up finishing a fair few products this month; a couple makeup items, but as per, a whole load of skincare things.

EMPTIES | November '15 - Batiste, Nude By Nature, Seche Vite, Anastasia Beverly Hills, The Body Shop, Reed, Australis, Maybelline, Moreish - CassandraMyee
Reed Orange + Poppy Seed Scrub*
This came in the August Lust Have It box (unboxing and more info here) and I finished it fairly early in the month. It has only 5 ingredients in, all are natural and it was a really good scrub to use. It felt like my skin was getting a good deep clean and the smell was also amazing, really invigorating to use in the morning. One thing I would say is make sure you rinse your shower well, as I ended up finding little piles of poppy seeds suck in the corner of my shower!

Batiste Dry Shampoo in Tropical
I always have a can or two of Batiste in my drawers; it makes for a quick and easy hair refresh or when you want to skip a hair wash and be a little lazy. This helps to refresh the hair and soak up excess oil in the scalp. There are a bunch of scents and I do like the Tropical one, but they all smell good anyway so you can't go wrong.

Nude By Nature Nature's 24 Hour Anti-Aging Moisturiser
I've had this for ages now, it was tucked away at the back of my cupboard not getting a lot of love so I made a conscious effort to finish the remaining up. In the end I actually just started using this as a body moisturiser, although it is intended for the face. This is designed for normal to dry skins and gives a good amount of hydration without being too thick on the skin. It was good, as far as moisturisers go, but I wouldn't repurchase this again as there are ones I like a lot better.

Witchery Lime + Gingerlily Body Creme
Another product I've had since Christmas last year that I had barely used was this body creme from Witchery. It smelt so so good, really fresh on the skin and I did really like it. It had a thicker texture like a body butter but it didn't leave my skin feeling excessively greasy like some thicker body cremes can. They generally have variations of this out each year, so might be a good one for a Christmas gift!

Maybelline Eye + Lip Makeup Remover [x2]
Of course, a couple bottles of this stuff makes an appearance. It's the best remover out there, it's cheap and does the job exactly how it should, removing even stubborn eye makeup without irritating or stinging the eyes. I'll always repurchase this, again and again and again.

The Body Shop Seaweed Pore-Cleansing Facial Exfoliant
I think this is the second tube I've been through of this and I would definitely repurchase it again if I didn't have a few other scrubs to get through. It is rather gritty, which I really like because it feels like its giving my skin a super deep cleanse. I use this about 3 times a week, and would completely reccomend it if you have oily/combination skin.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Blemish Fade Night Lotion
I've been through countless bottles of this and always come back to it as it has done a great job at reducing my older acne scarring and also treating any breakouts I have. My skin isn't as oily as it used to be, so I generally rotate this with a richer oil, so my skin doesn't get to dried out. I've already cracked into another bottle of this - it's that good!

Moreish Daily Redemption Day Cream*
I reviewed this (here) and couple of other Moreish products a few months back and have been using this day cream on and off since then and finally came to the end of it. I did like it as a day cream, it's aimed at dry/normal skin, but for my combination skin I found it worked well. It felt light, non-greasy and sat well under makeup. I'm not sure I'll be rushing out to buy another bottle of it though, although it very affordable (NZD $25.00) for good quality, natural skincare.

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat
This should have been thrown out a long time ago, but I was hanging on to as a reminder to repurchase it. There was a bit left in the bottom but it had gone a little gloppy and it was hard to get the brush directly at the base to get it out easily (quite annoying actually). I used to swear by this as a top coat and it does exactly what it says - it dries fast! Lately I've been using the new essie Gel Setter Top Coat* and I think it's just as good as this one and also a bit easier to purchase in NZ.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Dark Brown
Yep, I got through yet another Brow Wiz - I can't be without this! I use this every single day without fail, I mean sometimes I try other products but they will never surpass how damn good this pencil is. My last Brow Wiz appeared in my August Empties, so they last a good 2-3 months per pencil, which I think is pretty good going. It has a super fine nib and it gives the brows a crisp and clean look, it stays in place and the spoolie on the end is awesome too. As you might have guessed I've already got another three as back ups!

Australis Cya Later Pores Spot Primer*
And my last empty product for November was this new-ish Primer from Australis. This didn't take long to get through at all, because the tube is pretty small as far as primers go, with only 20ml of product inside. You can see my review of this primer and the other new ones from Australis here. It was like most silicon type primer, it smoothed out the skin and definitely made applying foundation over top a little easier but it wasn't as good at pore filing like the Benefit Porefessional, or the Garnier Perfect Blur for example. I' might buy this, if I didn't have a few other primers sitting in my makeup drawers.

So what products did you finish up this past month?
