With it finally feeling a little bit like summer weather here in NZ, it's time to get those legs out. After the winter months, I know my legs are looking a bit worse for wear and certainly are lacking in colour, but that is where Sally Hansen comes in. Their Airbrush Legs* is one of their cult products and with good reason. It's going to become your new go-to to get your limbs looking amazing for Summer.
The Airbrush Legs do pretty much exactly what they say on the tin. It's an airbrush in a bottle (or tube!) and helps to give your legs a bit of colour, whilst also providing coverage by decreasing the look of fine lines, veins, scarring and discolouring. Think of it as a foundation but for your legs and arms! The formula comes in two different variations, the Lotion (in the tube) and the Spray. The liquid formula is very easy to apply and can be done with your hands, or using a tanning mitt if you would prefer to get a more even finish. I find using this with my hands does a really good job in a very short amount of time, but it does help to buff over at the end with a mitt to just ensure that your knees and ankles etc are evenly covered and the product isn't clinging to any drier areas. The spray can is going to cover quicker than using the liquid and can allow you to control the coverage. This can also be sprayed directly into the hands and then rubbed onto the skin.
I know it says Airbrush Legs but I totally think you can use it on the arms too and as you can see the result is really lovely. You can barely see that there is any product on my left arm. After applying this, make sure to wait about 5 minutes for it to totally set down, and after this, it is water and sweat resistant and won't transfer and will last until you wash it off with soap and warm water. It's the perfect product if you have an event in the evening, or just want a bit more colour to the skin without going through the hassles of fake tanning.
