MOST LOVED | March '17 - YSL, Marc Jacobs, Urban Decay + Maybelline - CassandraMyee

Who can believe we are already into April already?! I surely can't, and yesterday I celebrated my 27th birthday, I could have sworn my birthday was only just a couple months back but the time does fly! March was a good month for beauty releases and these have been some of my favourites that I can't get enough of.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Blush Eau de Toilette Spray [Limited edition]
I adore the original Daisy Dream, so I knew I would really get along with this one too. It smells so beautiful, and the bottle is stunning. It has a floral base with top notes of violet, bergamot and water lily, heart notes of freesia, rose and Lily-of-the-Valley, and base notes of vetiver and musk. It's a lovely spring/summer scent and I have been spritzing it a lot!

 YSL Black Opium Floral Shock*
On the opposite side of the spectrum, the brand new Black Opium Floral Shock has floral notes but with a bit more of a edge, making it a great nighttime fragrance (although I have been wearing it day and night as I love it!) I blogged about some new YSL releases which this was a part of (read it here) and the scent has main notes of coffee as in the original Black Opium, but with a hit of sweet freshness in the form of freesia, bergamot and pear, with subtle notes of gardenia and orange blossom.

YSL Face Palette Collector I Have a Blush On You*
As part of the new releases, these limited edition palettes are definitely ones to look out for if you are a collector like myself. The outer packaging is edgy and fun, while the blush inside is a beautiful coral that gives the cheek a natural matte flush. It's really easy to blend out and looks lovely on. I almost don't want to use it too much seeing as it's limited edition!

Maybelline Color Sensational Shaping Lip Liner in 125 Magnetic Mauve*
I recently reviewed these liners (see swatches and read it here) and have absolutely been loving them - this shade, in particular, has been getting a lot of use. It's a darker dusty rose shade (my go-to), and it is creamy and opaque with a matte finish that lasts on the lips for ages. They work well by themselves but also work amazingly paired with your lip product of choice over top.

Urban Decay Beached Bronzer in Sunkissed (Matte Light Medium)
I am a big fan of Urban Decay products - their eyeshadows are amazing as are their lipsticks. I recently got this from Strawberry Net as it's been on my wishlist for ages now, definitely helped by the summer appropriate packaging covered in palm trees! The shade is also perfect for me, and being a matte bronzer it means it looks natural on the skin. The powder is very light also, so you can't go overboard very quickly with it, instead, it does make you looked 'sunkissed'.

What products have you been loving in March?
