NARS | Virtual Domination Cheek Palette - Review + Swatches

NARS // Virtual Domination Cheek Palette | Review + Swatches - CassandraMyee

Oh NARS, you certainly know how to bring it in the palette department. This incredible Virtual Domination Cheek Palette was released as part of their Christmas collection for 2014, and really the whole collection looks equally as amazing. Whilst away in the States in November (see the haul here) I made a beeline for this palette as soon as I walked into Sephora and I am so glad I nabbed this!

The packaging of this one is spot on. I have one other cheek palette from NARS and although it is beautiful, the packaging is a little clunky and very big. They've simplified it; squared it out and really made the products the focus.

This palette has cheek needs covered with one highlighter in Miss Liberty, three blushes, Deep Throat, Sex Fantasy and Final Cut, and a larger pan of Laguna Bronzer. I'm glad they have a double sized bronzer, because that is probably what will get used the most (well by me at least). The highlighter shade, which is actually called a 'highlighting blush powder', is a light golden shade, packed with shimmer. The blush shades are a great mix of shades, Deep Throat is shimmery, while the other two are matte and Final Cut is seriously beautiful on the cheeks. As expected these are high quality and perform as you would hope, they blend easily, pack on the pigment and last on the cheeks.

You can still get your hands on this from Sephora for USD $65.00 here, and I would 100 percent recommend this!

Have you got this palette? What shades jump out to you?
