L.A. Girl have nailed it with this Ombre Set, because I think that this particular manicure is perfect for Summer! It combines five different super bright shades to create an amazing ombre effect with minimal effort.
The set comes with five mini bottles of nail polish in a range of orangey/yellow tones, as well as a top coat. I found the colours to be amazing, but they all had quite a different formulas and finishes. The really neon shades had a near matte finish (which is quite standard with neons), where as the yellow on my pinky was quite sheer and took another coat compared to the others. The top coat definitely helped to even them out and make them all have a glossy finish.
There are a few other sets like this with various colours; I've already featured the grey ombre set over a year ago here, and also have the blue shaded set also which I will do a NOTD post on soon! If you have a large nail polish collection, or simply five polishes in various shades of one another than this style would be very easy to achieve, but this set is around $5 and takes the hassle out of choosing.
