BRONX COLORS | Burlesque + Angel Dust Eyeshadow Palettes - Review + Swatches - CassandraMyeea

If you are a blogger, I am sure you are well aware of posts getting lost in your drafts. Well, that is exactly what happened with this one! I had the photos already for YONKS now but just haven't gotten around to putting words to screen about these two affordable palettes from Bronx Colors. Never heard of Bronx Colors before? Let this post be your introduction but in brief, the products are made in Europe, Germany to be exact, with head offices in Switzerland but they draw their inspiration from New York City.

If you aren't familiar with affordable brand Bronx Colors, check out this post here before you carry on with this to give you a bit of an overview of the brand. Alternatively, I will give you the details in a short sentence or too. Bronx Colors products are manufactured in Germany, they have an extensive range of very affordable makeup (all under $20) and last year they became available here in NZ! Some of the products I have used from them have really impressed me, so I was excited to try out these new releases featuring a Contouring Palette* and one of their Illuminating Face Powders* as part of their Studio Line.

MY BEAUTY | New NZ Beauty Subscription Box - Unboxing

My very first post nearly four years ago on this blog of mine was a beauty box unboxing, since then I have done a whole load of posts sharing the contents of various beauty boxes, some of which are no longer operating. But to fill that gap in NZ, MyBeauty has just launched with their first ever beauty subscription box* which I was lucky enough to be one of the first in NZ to peek inside!

There's a brand new affordable brand in town that I've been trialling over the past month or so, and I had to share it with you all. Bronx Colors has recently launched into NZ and the brand gets its inspiration from NYC (no surprises there with the name), but the products are designed in Germany, with their head offices based in Switzerland which I found really intriguing. I was lucky enough to be sent a whole load of their range to try so here are my thoughts on the range, and FYI everything is under $20!

MOST LOVED | July '16 - M.A.C., YSL + Bronx Colors - CassandraMyee

I feel like I need to reintroduce myself as this is the longest break I have had from my blog since I started it 3 years ago, and for that I am sorry! A lot has been going on, firstly my boyfriend and I have been hunting for a flat and we finally found one; it was definitely a bit stressful but I am so happy with what we found and excited to move next week. I will hopefully be back into my usual schedule, but if not, the move will be the reason! I also got really sick last week and was basically in bed unable to move for most of it. I'm feeling way better now, and ready to get back into my little space on the internet. I really do miss it when I take a break and have a lot of great products to share with you all.

So to get back into the swing of things, here is my Most Loved for July. There's only a few products, but I have been really enjoying them and excited to share why!
